Friday was Baking Day

Christmas gift finally completed.

Baked goods cooling

Whole wheat bread and brownies. Yum. They are cooling under the fly-free umbrellas my Dau Karen bought me at the casino got shop. Love them!!! We have fruit flies due to our many fruit /citrus tree.

Row Quilt

I am following Bee in my bonnet's row along. I've made 7 of the 13 rows!!!

Rail fence quilt

We, at the St. John's Quilters, received a donation of hand-cut strips of fabrics. I added some brown solid from my own stash and made the quilt-top. A fellow quilter added borders, batting, backing and quilted it and then added borders. I don't think I got a photo of the completed quilt.

Fiesta Ring Bubble Bread

1/2 cup melted butter
1-1/2 c. Shredded Mexican-blend cheese
1/4 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese
10oz jar of sliced jalapeños, drained (I use diced)
2-Cans 12oz tubes refrigerated biscuits, cut into quarters
In a large bowl, combine butter, cheese, and peppers. Add biscuits and toss to coat. Bake in ungreased Bundt pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown, at 350 degrees.
