Dig out those old sweaters, that you still love, and remake them. So simple. If you don't crochet, just use fabric or another old sweater. Or buy some extra-wide double-sided binding, or some really pretty ribbon. And if you can't sew, oh no!!, ask a friend or your mama. (not my mom) Or your surgeon boyfriend/husband/neighbor. Or just LEARN!!! Thread a needle and go in and out, in and out.....ta dah!
