Color Easter Eggs with Kool-Aid! | Gingerbread Snowflakes

Color Easter Eggs with Kool-Aid! Gingerbread Snowflakes

Gonna color my CASCARONES with KOOLAID
That's confetti filled eggs for those who need a translation.
Crack them on unsuspecting friend's head on Easter!!!!

  1. Wow! Thank you for linking! I am even going to try making a few cascerones using Kool-Aid and confetti from recycled paper! I am so excited to learn of this tradition!

  2. Just make sure you wash the shells outs with soap and hot water and let dry before using. Don't want to accidentally cause
    "sam and ella"....
That's why they banned crossing them back from Mexico. You would be shocked at how many they "Smash and Trash" when confiscated.

  3. Cascarones:
Break off the top of the egg and empty.
Wash egg shell with soap and hot water, rinse well and dry.
    Color eggs shell and dry.
Fill with confetti. Cut circles out of tissue paper and glue over opening of egg.
Voila...smash on someone's head, but squeeze egg as you do it so you don't cut anyone's head
