I take 16oz of any kind of pasta (conchitas would work) usually Penne. Make according to package. Drain and put into a casserole dish. Heat up a 24oz jar of spaghetti sauce or marinara sauce. Pour over pasta. Make a package of Green Giant "Antioxidant blend" veggies. (Broccoli, carrots, red and yellow sweet peppers.) Stir into the pasta/sauce. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over the top and heat in microwave until cheese is melted. Enjoy with some garlic bread. YUM!!
