I'm making 6 pounds of masa worth of tamales by myself.
I'm making Veggie,
and Bean & Soy Chorizo,
and Cheese & Jalapeno,
and Chicken for hubby.
Yum!
These are ready to steam.
I was watching "Bramwell" mini-series on Netflix and didn't want to get masa all over my remote and xbox controller. SO, I put them into a ziploc bag. Also put my cell phone into a plastic sandwich bag. Worked great!!! Sometimes I come up with amazing ideas. lol
